When my Battery & Charger For Canon PowerShot SD300 SD450 NB-4L NB4L arrived I placed the new unused battery into the charger then plugged it into the wall outlet and not but 1 minute later I heard a pop, the light on the charger was no longer glowing, and the charger started to smell of burning (the battery was still functional just the charger broke). So I called the company and explained what had happened, they then asked for my zip code and stated they will ship me out a new one right away. A few days later I received a brand-new Battery & Charger set complete with postage paid return kit to send back my defective items. So overall I was satisfied with my purchase minus the little defect, but the company did a good job resolving my issue. The functional charger I have now works just fine and the battery included holds a decent charge but not great.
