i got this camera as a gift…and i found that the center button doesn’t work….seems like it’s stocked….i just cant use it…it’s the one called FUNC SET and i don’t know what to do…coz that’s an very iimportant button…any ideas….i will appreciate it…ty

@delikedi17 cameras are meant to take pictures, not video, that’s why there’s VIDEO cameras idiot, I hate consumers like you because they force these companies to try and put video capabilities on their camera, thus upping the price for a stupid reason. Cameras are for pictures, video cameras are for video, period.

lol the guy advertising this is an idiot, he doesn’t even know that you can’t show viewing angles from the video cameras view! LOL, “look at this screen, the viewing angles are amazing!… o wait, no, they look pretty shitty huh, damn, i’m fired…”
Why can’t this guy ever be honest enough to give a TRUE review…not every item is ‘blow your socks off awesome’ (for ex: say that this camera doesn’t support HD video and how you wished it did)
Why do you need video? I like photo’s more. Camera’s are for stills. Camcorders are for video. DON’T MIX THEM UP!

i cant understand their flagship model and no 720p hd mode ive read lots of reviews apart from barrel distortion left hand side it take the best pic for a compact. Torn between 980is, olympus tough 8000, canon 780is. just got rid o casio exilim s12 very poor pics and bad shutter lag
Great picture taker though from what i hear.. I`d go with the SX200 canon 12x zoom high def video.1280x720P

this guy completely misses the point of this camera ..
it has a bigger sensor (1/1.7″) than other point and shoot cameras and it has manual controls .. if you don’t care about those two things, you should get the sd880 instead
